On August 5, 1967, Disneyland's attraction Adventure Thru Inner Space opened in Tomorrowland. The attraction was sponsored by Monsanto and featured the song "Miracles from Molecules" written by the Sherman Brothers.The attraction closes in 1985 to make way for Star Tours which opened in 1987.
